WagWorld™

In order to rate, review, and add photos to existing Spots, or add Spots of your own, you'll need to create an account with WagWorld™. To do so, just click the 'Join Us' button in the top right.

If you are not logged in and try to add a Spot, photo or review you will be asked if you'd like to join.

You can login to WagWorld™ at any time in the upper right corner where it says 'Login'.

Inviting a friend to discover dog-friendly Spots at WagWorld™ is easy. Just click the ‘Invite a friend’ button at the bottom left side of the page. It's always there so you can do it any time.

The only way that WagWorld™ can search for Spots is by location. So, to find a dog-friendly Spot, you'll need to enter a city, state, and/or Zip Code into the search field.

Finding Spots near you is easy! There's always a search field at the top of the page to start a search. Simply enter your city, state, and/or Zip Code the click 'go'. If you'd like a more specific search, check the types of Spots you'd like to find below the search field (if you don't see the check boxes, you'll have to click the 'show categories' button under the search field to reveal them).

There are several places where you can add a dog-friendly Spot to WagWorld™. 'ADD A SPOT' buttons can be found at the top right of the page or at the bottom of the page. You must be logged in to your WagWorld account before you can add a Spot.

To add a Spot Photo you'll need to be logged in to WagWorld™. Then go to the Spot Detail page; which is the clickable link found in the search results section. Once there click the 'Photos' tab. You can also click the 'See more photos' button found underneath the Spot picture (or Spot icon if there is no picture). Then simply click the 'ADD A PHOTO' button in the photo viewer area.

To add a Spot Review you'll need to be logged in to WagWorld™. Then go to the Spot Detail page; which is the clickable link found in the search results section. Once there, simply click the 'RATE & REVIEW' button in the Reviews tab.

You can find Spot directions in both the Spot window that appears on the map, or in the Spot Detail page.

In the Spot window, simply click the 'Get Directions' button found in the Spot Info tab (it should be the default tab that’s open when you first see the Spot window).

In the Spot Detail page, you can click the 'Get Directions' button found in the top information area.

Sharing is a great way to let a social community or group with similar interests know about a dog-friendly Spot. Once you've logged in to WagWorld™, you can either share a Spot in the Spot window that appears on the map, or in the Spot Detail page.

In the Spot window, simply click the 'Share this Spot' button, then click on whichever community you'd like to share it with.

In the Spot Detail page, just click the 'share this Spot' button underneath the Spot photo.

Emailing a Spot is a great way to share Spot information with friends, family, or even yourself. You can either email a Spot in the Spot window that appears on the map, or in the Spot Detail page.

In the Spot window, simply click the 'Send this Spot' button, then click the 'Send Email' tab at the top of the window, fill out the 'To' and 'From' fields and click 'Send'.

In the Spot Detail page, you can click the 'send this Spot' button underneath the Spot photo.

Get your info on the go by sending Spot information right to your mobile phone. You can send Spot info to your phone either in the Spot window that appears on the map, or in the Spot Detail page.

In the Spot window, simply click the 'Text this Spot' button, then click the 'Send Text' tab at the top of the window, fill out the 'Choose a Carrier' and 'Enter a ten-digit phone number' fields and click 'Send'.

In the Spot Detail page, you can click the 'send this Spot' button underneath the Spot photo.

Providing your cell phone number will enable you to receive a one-time text message. This is not a subscription. Your cell phone number will not be retained. If Spot information is longer than 160 characters, multiple messages may be sent.
Standard text messaging rates apply.

The Dashboard is where you manage all of your WagWorld™ info. As well as all other things Beneful®, like the Beneful® Scrapbook, Purina Profile information, and Dog's Life Magazine subscription. You can access your Dashboard by logging in then clicking 'My Dashboard' in the upper right.

You can edit your WagWorld™ profile in you Dashboard. Once you’ve logged in, a button will appear in the upper right that says 'My Dashboard'. That will take you to your profile.

To add a WagWorld™ picture of you and your buddy, you'll need to log in then go to your Dashboard by clicking the 'My Dashboard' button in the upper right. Once there, you'll want to click the 'My WagWorld™ Profile' button on the left side of the screen. Then click the 'edit My WagWorld Profile' button sitting above your profile picture.

Unfortunately, the only way to update your email address information is to have a Purina employee manually change it. We'd be more then happy to help you if you call us at 1-800-778-8864. We are available from 7am to 7pm central time.

Want to change who can see your WagWorld™ profile? No problem. Just log in then go to your Dashboard by clicking the 'My Dashboard' button in the upper right. Once there, click the 'My WagWorld™ Profile' button on the left side of the screen. Then click 'edit my WagWorld Profile' button sitting above your profile picture.
